Where Do I Specify My Size? Because most of the caps on our website are adjustable, no specific size is required. Unless otherwise noted, our caps adjust from a size 7.5 to a size 8.5.
What is a Structured Ball Cap? This means the ball cap has a mesh type inner lining behind the front two panels that gives the crown of the cap a firmness or medium to tall profile. Also referred to as regular profile or constructed.
What is a Low Profile Ball Cap? This means there is no mesh type inner lining behind the front two panels of the ball cap. This cap is also referred to as unstructured, unconstructed or slouch. The crown will be soft allowing you to pull the cap lower to the top of your head giving the cap a low profile look.
What is the Difference in a Flexible Cap and a FlexFit Cap: This cap looks like a fitted cap. No opening in the back. It has a soft elastic inner headband allowing the cap to comfortably expand to fit. It is made big and deep. Big Head Caps Flexible Cap is a house brand cap and adjusts to fit from size 7.5 to 8.5. A FlexFit Cap is a name brand cap. This comes in two sizes, 3XL and 4XL. Size 3XL will fit from 7.5 to 8 and the 4XL will fit from 8.25 to 8.5.
Does Big Head Caps Ship outside the U.S.? Yes, we do! Our overseas customers can choose the "Global Express Mail" option when checking out. This provides you with a tracking number and 3 to 5 business day guaranteed delivery.
But I live in Canada? Do you have a Less Expensive Option?Yes, we do! Our neighbors to the north can either choose the Global Express Mail option or the less expensive "First Class Mail International." This ships your package in regular First Class mail and takes on average 10 to 14 business days to arrive. At this time no tracking options are available so you'll just have to wait it out.
What does "Garment Washed" mean? Garment Washed is a wash process where softeners are added to finished garments to help the cotton fibers relax or bloom. The result is a fabric with a thicker appearance, reduced shrinkage and a softer hand. This can also produce a more "worn" or "faded" look on some areas of the cap.
How do I apply an emblem? Big Head Caps just recently added emblems for our customers and we are excited about them! Each emblem has a 5-digit emblem number. This emblem number includes letters and numbers; write or copy down this number. On our site you can pick from any blank cap to apply your emblem. Under each picture there is a box labeled, Apply Emblem Number:. Paste or type in the 5-digit emblem number in this box and click Add to Cart This will add the emblem to the cap and an additional $4.00 will be added to the price. The possible combinations are only limited by your imagination!
