Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of sale. All items must be mailed back to the address below in the condition it was received with no signs of use.

Please include a copy of the sales paperwork/receipt and instructions of your wishes. Please include an email address. Exchanges will be done as soon as possible if items are available. If a back order is necessary you will be notified by email only.

Big Head Caps will refund the cost the headwear LESS shipping expenses for ground transportation. If product is defective, NOT A SIZE ISSUE, Big Head Caps will refund your cost on ground transportation: United States Postal Service or UPS.

Items with a personalized iron-on emblem cannot be returned unless defective. This is simply because we cannot plan on reselling a personalized hat. If you are unsure if a hat will fit you, please order a blank one you can return if needed rather than ordering an emblem that you will not be able to return for a sizing issue. If you are unsure if you will like the emblem, you can order the hat and the emblem separately and then choose to return the items or iron on the emblem yourself.
