United States:  
We ship Monday - Friday from office/warehouses in Murfreesboro, TN. Any orders placed before 11am Central will ship same day M-F. Orders placed after 11am Central will ship next business day. Please note that if you choose Next Day Air on Thursday after 11am central then ship day is Friday and delivery is Monday. Next Day Air order on Friday then delivery is Tuesday etc. 

All International orders:  
International shipping times are varying by countries and are taking longer than normal shipping times. Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse that there is no recalling it or the ability to change delivery. We see the same on tracking as you. You can also put our USPS tracking number into your local postal system for tracking once it is in your customs. All International Countries will have USPS Priority International as shipping choice. Priority is moving quicker along and is insurable. International customers are responsible for any custom duty fees/taxes required by your countries customs. 

Shipping Times: 
Shipping Time US order- 2 to 5 business days.  Any orders containing a hat will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  Emblems ONLY will ship First Class Mail.

Shipping Time International - may take up to 25 business days with International Priority and USPS First Class International possibly up to 60 days. The tracking number sent to you will be compatible with your local postal service once it receives the package from USPS.  They can provide more detailed information about your order status than USPS at that time.  For all International orders - customers are responsible for Custom Fees and any International charge. Custom/Duty Fees may delay delivery until paid. Customers responsibility to pay Custom fees. If an International comes back to us, BigHeadCaps will refund cost of caps only.

Incorrect Shipping Address: 
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for cost of re-shipping the order again. Also if the order is returned to BigHeadCaps® due to incorrect address and you choose not to have it re-shipped, again BigHeadCaps® will only refund the cost of the caps minus shipping costs. Any order returned from an International country due to incorrect address, refused due to custom fees or did not pick up will result in refund of cost of caps only. No shipping cost will be refunded as per BigHeadCaps® policy. It is customers responsibility if an order does not come back to us and we will not reship an order due to customer error on shipping address. Please ensure you have keyed all information on check out page correctly. 

Changed your mind: 
Once an order leaves our warehouse and you decide that you don't want it, we will only refund the cost of caps once it has been returned to us. Never refuse a UPS delivery as they do not return to sender. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns back to BigHeadCaps®.

Canada Customers Only - you have a UPS International option:

UPS International Standard Shipping avg shipping time can be from 5 to 10 business days unless delayed by customs. 

UPS also has a brokerage fee on top of the shipping rate. 

They will contact you when it hits Canada to pay them directly for the brokerage fee. 
The brokerage fee is on top of import duties/custom fees that are imposed by Canada Customs and customers are responsible to pay them. 
Brokerage fee chart is below and does not include duties/custom tax presented by Canada. 
If you refuse a UPS International shipment, there is no guarantee to be returned to us for refunding cost of goods to you. If returned to us then UPS
charges an additional $12 usd to us on top of delivery cost again and this will be deducted from cost of goods. We do not refund 
shipment cost. 

If your address is incorrect then there is an additional $15 usd fee to fix with UPS. Please double check your address entry on order.
