Delta Flexfit Cap

I have had this cap before and in my opinion there is no cap more comfortable, practical and long-lasting than this particular mode

Best big head cap company ever!

I’ve got to say this is hands down the best company with excellent customer service. I’ve never been able to find a hat for my husband and his big head. I called over the phone and the lady told me if it didn’t fit then they could exchange it ones I sent the hat back. It was super easy and I got my order in a timely manner. Since this is a small business I will continue to support it from now on! This is also one of the few companies that makes hats with a stretchy material and not the typical plastic band with holes in it and even then those hats are usually uncomfortable to my husband.

Amazing!

Ordered a total of 3 caps, one of them being this model. Why did i not know about them before!! The caps are super comfy, and relaxed fit no longer gives me headaches!!! Apart from the caps, the customer service was also top notch!

Perfect

I bought this hat for my husband for Father’s Day. When he first tried it on he was so excited he still had a little room. He says it’s the 1st hat he has ever had that hasn’t left a mark on his forehead. Very happy with this purchase, will be buying more in the future.

Delta is best hat for sure

Love this hat. I love that the 2x/3x fits my big head like a glove. I love how the delta hat difuses sweat under the bill so you do not have the staining like traditional hats. I love how it is a clean black (or whatever color you get) with a tiny logo on the side. I SUPER LOVE that I can wash this hat multiple times and it is still good to go. I get lots of complements on the look of the hat, people ask me what type of hat this is, and I have even had some people that recognize the small logo on the side what type of hat this is. I now have 3 co workers that have also purchased the same hat in different colors because of what I rock out - just not with the big head part. I personally have 3 of these hats and just ordered 2 more. I hand wash the hat in the sink with cold water only with some laundry soap, let it soak for ~30 minutes, rinse, rinse, rinse some more, and then dry with a towel. I then sit the hat in such a way where air coming out of the room AC vent (hotel style) to be ready for the morning. I just did a 5 week travel period where I washed a single hat that I washed about 20 times in this period. The hat still looks the SAME exact color when purchased and it still looks brand new on the outside. What gets damaged with excessive washing? The underneath stitching eventually comes loose where the material is joined together. This has not happened to me yet, but I'm guessing in due time eventually the hat pieces will break apart - however, I have not seen that yet. Even with the stitching coming apart, I can still wear the hat and nothing looks different on the outside. The bill does NOT get damaged at all no matter how long you soak the entire hat. I usually do 30 minute soaks but there was one time I fell asleep and it soak for over 2 hours. I thought the bill would get damaged, but whatever material they use is not like other hats. It maintains it shape and doesn't break, but I guess no surprise since it was designed to defuse sweat through the bill. The MAIN thing you need to be careful when you wash the hat is facing hat pieces - they will crease when drying. Support the back of this area with your hand while you dry this section or you risk cracking the material and having a semi-noticeable mark.
