Amazing hat, amazing service!

I originally ordered a 3XL hat to see how it would fit—it was simply too large, but I liked the depth. I decided to give BHC a call rather than blindly try again. The woman I spoke to was SO kind and talked me through solutions. I had my eye on this hat (since it was 2XL), which was BRAND NEW. She advised that I try it and I was more than happy! They paid the shipping back to me, which was a plus! The hat fits like a glove!..er...hat? Overall, this will be my hat purchasing company for the rest of my hat wearing days! Because the last 25 years... I had NO hat wearing days! Thank you BHC!

This cap fits great! The lightweight fabric is comfortable and doesn't fade easily.
