Great hat and customer service

High quality hat and bigheadcaps is the best! I’ve never had a proper fitting hat for my whole life until I found this company. Terrific customer service, especially by Tammy. She is awesome. I will definitely be back!

Excellent All Around

I initially ordered two of these beautiful hats in the 4XL/5XL size. Amazingly, these were too big for my head! After sending an email to Fran, she quickly helped me perform an exchange for 2XL/3XL caps; in addition, since I was so impressed with the quality, I also ordered a third hat in another color. I am definitely looking forward to getting these resized hats!

Our customers enjoyed these hats as it can be difficult to find hats that are of such a great quality yet are xlarge/2xlarge. They are comfortable and you can tell the quality of them right away. The only thing that would make these better would be a price reduction. Other than that, these are great caps for the people with larger heads.
