The New Delta From FlexFit® is "Monumentally Different".
FlexFit® Delta is a revolutionary cap that is the lighter, sleeker, smarter and more comfortable choice. It fuses panels with a seamless, stitch-free finish and it couples a lightweight visor fabrication with a new 3-Layer multifunction sweatband.
There's even patent-pending stain block tech that diffuses sweat through the under visor. This helps keep the cap's crown look fresh. New lightweight, hard buckram.

Very happy with the hat. I used it while running and I don't have to adjust it at all while running. It feels good and looks good too. I have a few other items from Big Head Caps and will continue to buy from them. I try occasionally to buy stuff elsewhere and they never fit my big dome as well as these do.

Flexban hat
Perfect fit! My husband loves his new ballcab. It fits his extra large head. He has never had a hat fit him until now. He waited 60 years to finally find the perfect hat. Thank you so much.

This was the first time I had ordered the Delta FlexFit cap it is very nice and is super lite weight and wears comfortably on your head. As usual Big Head Caps did a wonderful job on adding my patch and getting me the finished product really quick!!
