Return/Exchange Policy
Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of sale for a return. Exchanges are 60 days from date of purchase. All items must be mailed back to the address below in the condition it was received with no signs of use. Product must also be shipped back in a box the same way it was shipped. Ensure the box size fits the hats/caps and is to not bend or crush the cap crowns in the box. Do not ship returns or exchanges back in shipping envelopes or bubble envelopes. It will be refused if received this way. Please include a copy of the sales paperwork/receipt and instructions of your wishes. Please include an email address and daytime contact phone number. If no directions or a copy of invoice is included in the box for return or exchange the return will be refused and this will delay return in which could go past the 30 days. 

**Big Head Caps will refund the cost of headwear only. We do not refund shipping cost on returns or exchanges. If you are exchanging, BigHeadCaps pays for the shipping back out to you. Customer pays to ship orders to us on returns and exchanges.

If product is defective, NOT A SIZE ISSUE, Big Head Caps will refund your cost on ground transportation: United States Postal Service or UPS. You must contact us prior to shipping back a defective item. Items with a personalized iron-on or sewn emblem cannot be returned unless defective. This is simply because we cannot plan on reselling a personalized hat.

If you are unsure if a hat will fit you, please order a blank one you can return if needed rather than ordering an emblem that you will not be able to return for a sizing issue. If you are unsure if you will like the emblem, you can order the hat and the emblem separately and then choose to return the items.

If you send a return ensure to have the proper postage on the return box. BigHeadCaps will refuse any return package that requires us to pay the difference in postage that was not properly sent to us.

Ensure to track your return as customer is responsible for ensuring return gets to BigHeadCaps.

Customs fees

Big Head Caps is not responsible for Customs Fees presented to the customer in the customers country of residence. If order is returned back to us, BigHeadCaps will refund cost of caps only.

Incorrect Addresses
Customer is responsible for ensuring that keyed info in checkout has the correct shipping address. Please ensure to check before submitting order and the confirmation email of your order. Big Head Caps is not responsible for orders postage that come back due to incorrect shipping address input by customer on checkout page. If an order comes back due to incorrect info keyed then the customer is responsible for postage to reship, if not reshipped then only the cost of caps will be refunded. It is customer responsibility if an order does not come back to us and we will not reship the order due to customer error.
