*Why set up an account in checkout?

You’ll be able to log in to see prior orders in detail, ability to use the re-order button on your favorite headwear, update your shipping address or info and earn points to get Free caps. Upon returning to our website to shop again, just log in on top on the left hand side. *See our Rewards Program link at bottom of website for details

 

*Do you sell my email address or phone number?

We take our customer privacy rights very seriously and would never sell your information to make a buck! We know we are in business because of YOU.

 

*How do I find my head size to get the right hat?

Using a flexible tape measure, position the tape where you want your cap to sit starting in the back then above the ears and end about ¼ above your eyebrows. If you don’t have a flexible tape then grab a string to measure and then lay flat to measure tape. Those inches will translate to a hat size. Double check your measurements and then head over to our How to Measure your Head link below on our website to see our size chart. Give us a call if you need assistance.  

 

*What is the difference between Structured and Unstructured baseball caps?

Structured caps have the 2 panels above the bill are stiff and sit up on its own. The reinforcement on those 2 panels is known as buckram and is made of layers of linen which is then blocked at our factory. All of our structured caps are mid-profile which is the depth. Unstructured baseball caps have no reinforcement panels above the bill and sits closer to the head in a lower profile. You can collapse those 2 front panels in your hands as pure cloth. All of our headwear is bigger, not just circumference but depth and bill size. The real Big Head Caps!

 

*Do you ship International and how long does it take?

Well heck yea, we do! We ship to most International countries. If you don’t see your country on the ship list, our apologies but at this time we do not ship there. All countries except Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which can take up to 30 business days. Options for Canada are USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 business days and UPS Standard which is 7 days. See Shipping Policy for more details in regards to duties/custom fees & non acceptance at bottom of website. Please note that Covid is affecting some International countries.

 

*How much does shipping cost?

Just put your items in the cart and go to checkout. Put in your address and info in, then look to bottom right hand side for shipping options and cost. You can see this prior to putting in your form of payment. We have no flat rate shipping cost and do not mark up our shipping. USPS and UPS are directly plugged into our website. When you put in your address then it is calculating cost from us to you with items that are in your cart for weight and size of box. We only ship our headwear in boxes to ensure no damage via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with all options from them.

 

*When will my order ship and how long will it take?

We ship Monday – Friday only with any order prior to 11 am CST that will ship same day. Any order after that will ship following business day. All USPS Priority Mail orders normally take 2 to 3 business days along with UPS on the option that you chose in checkout. Please be aware that with some delays could happen due to weather or covid affecting carriers. You will always get a shipping email with tracking the day of shipping. We take every Holiday off in which that will put shipping back on following business day.

 

*How to change an item, correct shipping address or cancel my order?

As we have the fastest shipping ever, you will need to be quick like a fox. We suggest calling us asap at 888-244-4323 9am – 4pm cst the office is open. If we are not here, please leave a message. Then we suggest that you also immediately send us an email to [email protected] that you need to cancel your order or change info and give us the order number. Please do not reply to the auto email as that box is not monitored.  Do these and we will get you taken care of asap. If you put in the wrong shipping address and the order has left the building then unfortunately there is nothing that we can do as we shipped it to the address you requested.

 

*Can I come see yall?

Oh yes you can! We are located in Murfreesboro, TN about 30 minutes south of Nashville. We have our offices and warehouse here with everything for you to try on. We have been called the Hat candy store just for you! M-F 9am – 4pm Cst. Call us first to ensure we aren’t out for lunch or heck just took off early. 888-244-4323 Real people will answer the phone, no pressing 2 then 5 then 7 for a robot. 

 

*How do I let you know to attach the emblem to the baseball cap?

Just add the emblem to the cart and the baseball cap you want. Then on the checkout page on the bottom left hand corner is a place for notes to us. Put in there which emblem to which baseball cap. We only attach emblems to baseball caps. There is no charge for this but once we do the cap then becomes a custom cap and is not returnable.  Majority of emblems are attached by a cap heat press and only a handful are sewn on. We determine which is best for adhesion to the cap. Hand wash all caps with emblems on them.

 

*How to clean my hat?

We suggest all baseball caps be washed in the top rack of a dishwasher in cold water and let it air dry. We have a cool video on our blog on how to do this. If cap has an emblem then please hand wash. We suggest a can of hat saver if you are seeing sweat stains to help prolong the life of your cap.

 

*Can I send in my own emblem?

Yes, you can but please note that we do not accept any licensed or trademark logo emblems. We also cannot be responsible if something happens to the emblem upon application process as we do not sell it and will not replace it. The emblem maximum height should not be over 2 ¼ inches to be proportionate.

 

*Can you put my company logo on the hats I purchase or custom hat?

Our apologies but we do not do any embroidery. You can search on the net a local embroidery shop or contact your company supply personnel to assist you with this. We also do not do any custom hats as we produce thousands of caps at one time and single one offs are not available.

 

*I don’t see the color or team baseball cap I am looking for?

If it is not on our website then we do not have it. We do love hearing from our customers on what you are looking for. So please send us an email as when we plan to do our next productions then we can take into consideration what you are looking for.

 

*My coupon code doesn’t work?

Well, we rarely use coupon codes and if we do then it is only from our Facebook page pop up sale for weekends. Those coupon websites are not legit and we have nothing to do with them.

 

*I didn’t receive a confirmation email on my order?

Please check your junk/spam folders first. Then be sure to add [email protected] and [email protected] as safe senders. If you still do not see it then send an email to [email protected] or call us to ensure your email address is correct. Order and shipping emails are auto confirmations set up.

 

*I need to reset my password to my account?

Look to top left hand corner on our website. Yep that ghost figure that says My Account. Click on it then you will see: Returning Customers. Below there is reset my password. Click there and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

 

*What is difference between Regular emblem and Tactical Emblem?

Tactical emblems are where you have a 2x3 backing (hook & loop) attached directly to the hat. Then you can choose from numerous tactical emblems that have hook & loop on the back to attach and change out to a new one anytime you want. There is a dedicated category under emblems for these. We cannot directly attach any tactical emblems without a backing to a hat. All other emblems are directly attached to the hat.
