Best Customer Service Ever

This review is for a number of Big Sized Mesh Caps. I had ordered three of them in the past, and as I wear them constantly, a couple of them were getting a bit raggy and pulled, so I decided to order a couple more. After they came in, I tried them both on. One fit perfectly, the other one was too small, even at its largest setting. I contacted customer service via the form on their website, hoping to be able to return the small one without paying for postage. I was contacted by email by a person named Fran who asked for a picture. When I sent those back to them, she responded that this had helped them discover a manufacturing issue and offered to replace the cap and add another one to the order for my troubles. Imagine, not only did they fix the problem, but they went well beyond that and made me feel more than whole for my troubles. And Fran stayed with the issue every step of the way. I love the hats, and will always make Big Head Caps my first choice to cover my oversized noggin. Thank you Big Head Caps and thank you Fran. Scott
